PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Oracle Tech Consultant Manager to lead and optimize Oracle product implementations across client portfolios. You will analyze needs, manage delivery, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Expect hands-on leadership in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will drive adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions, develop training and support structures, and oversee project execution to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience required.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions.
• Manage client support and training for seamless Oracle application integration.
• Analyze client needs to develop and implement Oracle-based solutions.
• Guide teams in strategic technology planning and execution to enhance delivery.
• Utilize Oracle ADF and OCI to support business transformation initiatives.
• Promote process improvement using Oracle BI Publisher and related tools.
• Mentor team members and manage performance to meet client expectations.
• Ensure project planning, budgeting, execution, and timelines are met.
