Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is recruiting an Oracle HCM Tech Associate to support our Digital Core Modernisation practice. You will learn the Oracle suite, contribute to project tasks, and build experience across client needs, delivery work, and technical problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be part of the Oracle technology group, gathering information, testing solution functionality, resolving issues, and documenting processes.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Oral and written English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle HCM implementation and support activities across client projects.
• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules and related components based on project requirements.
• Assist in data migration, data integration, and data validation tasks across Oracle environments.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and system setup materials for project teams.
• Perform testing activities, track issues, and help resolve defects during deployment cycles.
• Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into system configurations and support actions.
• Use Oracle ADF, Oracle BI Publisher, and OCI tools to support delivery tasks.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline Oracle HCM workflows and usage.

As an Oracle HCM Tech Associate you will support client work within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, helping implement, configure, administer, develop, and support Oracle HCM technology solutions that improve how organizations use business applications. This role focuses on learning the Oracle suite, contributing to project tasks, and building experience across client needs, delivery work, and technical problem solving in a fast-paced environment. As an Associate you will bring curiosity, adaptability, reliability, and a learning mindset, while taking ownership of assigned work, listening carefully, asking questions, and applying feedback to develop your skills and contribute to the team.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
• Studying Oracle HCM configurations and client support scenarios
• Applying Oracle Cloud Infrastructure knowledge in Oracle technology tasks
• Demonstrating curiosity through feedback, questions, and learning
