Job summary

Monitor Deloitte in Manila is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant to support finance and procurement transformations. The role emphasizes hands-on ERP configurations, data migration, and solution delivery for client engagements within a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, with experience in one or more core finance/procurement processes and a professional services background. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent.
• Deep functional capability in at least one core Finance or Procurement discipline with understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP landscape.

Responsibilities

• Experience configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle Cloud Procurement.
• Hands-on experience supporting or delivering ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, data migrations or application support.
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to analyse business needs and develop practical solution recommendations.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, or equivalent
• Deep functional capability in at least one core Finance or Procurement discipline, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Procurement or Project Financial Management, supported by a sound understanding of the broader Oracle Cloud ERP landscape and its end-to-end process dependencies.

• Experience working with enterprise finance or procurement platforms such as Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP S/4HANA, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience supporting or delivering ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, data migrations or application support.
• Strong understanding of one or more end-to-end business processes, such as record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, acquire-to-retire (asset management), or project-to-close.
• Understanding of financial controls, accounting structures, approval workflows, reconciliations, period-end processing, and management or statutory reporting requirements.
• Ability to work with Finance and Procurement stakeholders to analyse business needs, challenge existing processes, and develop practical solution recommendations.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and deliver effectively within structured project environments.
• Experience identifying design decisions, dependencies, risks, and impacts across Finance, Procurement, reporting, data, security, and integration workstreams.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Experience configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle Cloud Procurement.
• Current Oracle Cloud ERP certification in one or more relevant functional areas.
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Structures, Subledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, BPM approvals, security, data conversion, or ERP integrations.
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Relevant Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or business qualification.
• Professional accounting or procurement certification would be advantageous but is not essential.
