Job summary

OSI Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Oracle EBS and Fusion implementations in the Philippines.

You will manage scope, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations while driving delivery across data migration, interfaces, development, testing, and governance activities. Strong client communication and multicultural collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT industry experience with minimum 3 years in Oracle ERP Project Management.
• Experience as technical, functional, or techno-functional consultant in Oracle EBS or Fusion.
• Strong experience in Oracle implementation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS engagements.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, client interactions, and business process understanding.
• Good experience in Agile methodology, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Strong knowledge of project estimation, costing, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Experience in project budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools including MS Project and Microsoft Office.
• Strong risk management, conflict resolution, and program coordination skills.
• Experience preparing and managing project P&L reports
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS and Fusion implementation or support projects across multiple modules.
