Job summary

We Search Searchers Staffers Corp is seeking a senior finance technology leader to drive Oracle Fusion-based transformation programs. The role emphasizes end-to-end implementation, client alignment, and strong stakeholder management to deliver scalable financial management solutions.

The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Oracle Financials and HFM, ensure data integrity and security, and identify opportunities to optimize processes and performance across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related business programs.
• 8-10 years of Oracle Fusion experience.
• Background in Oracle Financials and/or Oracle Hyperion Financial Management.
• End-to-end implementation experience.
• Experience in leading teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and system improvement projects.
• Manage the planning and delivery of finance technology initiatives.
• Clarify, align and meet client demands and expectations.
