Job summary

OSI Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead and coordinate project teams across Oracle EBS and Fusion implementations.

You will drive scope, delivery, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams. The role requires 10+ years in IT with at least 3 years in Oracle ERP project management, strong client-facing skills, and hands-on experience with MS Project.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT industry experience with minimum 3 years in Oracle ERP Project Management.
• Experience as technical, functional, or techno-functional consultant in Oracle EBS or Fusion.
• Strong experience in Oracle implementation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS engagements.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, client interactions, and business process understanding.
• Good experience in Agile methodology, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Strong knowledge of project estimation, costing, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Experience in project budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools including MS Project and Microsoft Office.
• Strong risk management, conflict resolution, and program coordination skills.
• Experience preparing and managing project P&L reports.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS and Fusion implementation or support projects across multiple modules.
• Manage teams across data migration, interfaces, functional configuration, technical development, and testing.
• Drive project planning, execution, delivery, and governance activities.
• Make architectural and delivery decisions to minimize project risks and ensure quality outcomes.
• Manage custom development activities for Oracle R12 and Fusion projects.
• Define project metrics, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and cost.
• Handle stakeholder communication, steering committee reviews, and project reporting.
• Manage project risks, issue resolution, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Coordinate Agile delivery including sprint planning and release management.
• Build strong client relationships and work effectively in multicultural environments.
