Job summary

WeSearch@Searchers & Staffers Corp. seeks an experienced Oracle-focused finance transformation leader in Manila to drive system improvements and end-to-end implementations. You will lead projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver robust financial reporting using Oracle Fusion and HFM.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of Oracle Fusion experience and a strong background in Oracle Financials or HFM, with proven ability to guide teams and engage clients for optimal finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics or related field.
• 8–10 years of Oracle Fusion experience with financial apps.
• Background in Oracle Financials and/or HFM; end-to-end implementation experience.
