Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, HCM).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes.
• Experience with configuration, testing, and production support.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion implementation or rollout projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and system maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support modules such as Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HCM.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Oracle Support.
• Assist in system testing, UAT, and post-go-live support.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop system documentation and user training materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
