Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Assistant Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules for clients, guiding project teams and ensuring best practices.

Qualifications

8–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
Proven ability in presales and business development.
Strong SCM knowledge across inventory, procurement, and order management.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business goals and requirements.
Configure and customize SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Master Data Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement.
Provide expert-level guidance on SCM best practices and Oracle Fusion configuration.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop functional specifications, and design solutions.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support business development activities, including pre-sales consulting, solution design, and effort estimation.
Mentor and train junior consultants to build their skills and knowledge.
