Job summary

Launch Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud Integration Engineer to partner with full stack developers to rebuild and modernize a field inspection app. You will be the OFSC subject matter expert guiding architectural decisions and API design to ensure a scalable connection to the Oracle platform.

• Deep expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), including configuration, data model, and platform capabilities.
• Strong experience with OFSC REST APIs (Activity, Resource, Capacity, Core Manage APIs).
• OFSC business rules, routing logic, capacity categories, and work zone configuration.
• OAuth 2.0 and OFSC authentication/authorization patterns.
• OFSC integrations with ERP, CRM, GIS and enterprise systems via REST/SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar middleware.
• Ability to translate business and field operations requirements into OFSC data models and workflows.
• Experience guiding developers on API consumption, payload structures, and error handling.
• Modern integration patterns: event-driven architecture, webhooks, and asynchronous messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration architecture decisions for OFSC integration with the existing field inspection app.
• Guide API design, payload structures, and error handling for OFSC connections.
• Collaborate with full stack developers to modernize the field inspection application.
• Ensure scalable and reliable integration between the app and Oracle Field Service Cloud.
