Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Consultant based in Manila to design, configure and deliver Oracle Field Service solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with onshore architects, business analysts and client SMEs to support workshops, testing and deployment.

The role focuses on configuring OFS components, integrating with Oracle Fusion, ERP and asset/work management systems, and providing leadership within an offshore delivery team supporting

Qualifications

• Experience as an Oracle Field Service Consultant in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud / Oracle Fusion Field Service.
• Strong understanding of field workforce processes, including scheduling, dispatch, mobile work execution and activity management.

Responsibilities

• Resolve defects and issues in the Oracle EPM platform.
• Provide operational support and end-of-month processing.
• Design, build and test enhancements to the Oracle EPM platform.
• Maintain documentation through the project lifecycle to governance standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Provide leadership for solution design and team members; manage issues for continuous delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Consultant based in Manila to support the design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Field Service solutions for enterprise clients.

What You'll Do:

• Resolution of defects and problems relating to the Oracle EPM platform.
• Operational support, management of batch processing, end of month support.
• Design, build and testing of enhancements to the Oracle EPM platform.
• Management of documentation through the project lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements.
• Adherence to customer policies and processes.
• Management and development of stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Provide leadership for solution design and team members; and effectively manage operational issues to ensure continuous effective service delivery and a performance based, innovative, responsive, and accountable customer focused work culture.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as an Oracle Field Service Consultant in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud / Oracle Fusion Field Service.
• Strong functional understanding of field workforce processes, including scheduling, dispatch, mobile work execution, technician updates and activity management.
• Ability to configure key OFS components, including resources, calendars, work zones, activity types, routing, capacity and mobile user settings.
• Experience supporting integrations between Oracle Field Service and Oracle Fusion, ERP, asset management, work management or third-party systems.
• Ability to work with onshore architects, business analysts and client SMEs to support workshops, testing, issue resolution and deployment activities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a Manila offshore delivery team supporting Australian clients.
