Job summary

Keste is seeking an Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant for Fusion HCM/ERP implementations. The role requires strong technical skills in creating integrations and extensions aligned with business needs.

You will independently convert functional specs into robust Oracle Cloud solutions and demonstrate proof-of-concepts to clients and internal teams. Candidates should have 5–9 years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to train colleagues while communicating effectively with USA counterparts

Qualifications

• Experience in SQL and Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP integrations.
• Proficient in HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, and Fast Formula/Template.
• Knowledge of OIC integration technologies is a plus.
• VBScript and OTBI experience are desirable.
• Ability to train and develop colleagues.

• Translate functional specs into robust Oracle Fusion HCM/ERP solutions.
• Work independently and in a group to deliver integrations and extensions.

Job description

We are looking for Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant for our values Implementation clients.

Possessing experience in Oracle Cloud HCM&ERP and having very strong technical skill set in creating Integrations and extensions as per business requirements.

Role will require the candidate to work independently showing expertise and strong ability to convert the functional specification into workable & robust solutions using technical toolsets in Oracle Fusion HCM and/or ERP. Ability to conduct and present proof of concepts.

5 – 9 Years

Position Requirements

• Candidate MUST have experience in SQL
• Candidate MUST have experience in HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, Fast Formula & Template.
• Experience in OIC & integration technologies would be a plus.
• Experience in VBS is preferred.
• Experience in OTBI is preferred.
• Candidates are expected to work independently in a group.
• Ability to train & develop other colleagues.

Desired Knowledge

• End to end implementation/managed support experience of oracle cloud applications.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.
• Experience in working with clients / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and providing the right solutions.
• Functional knowledge in any of the Oracle HCM or ERP Cloud Fusion areas is desired.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model.
• Fluency in English, strong verbal, and written communication skills
• Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention.
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Having high integrity and who values time.
