You will mentor Associate and Senior consultants, lead workshops, and help shape the future of Argano's cloud offerings while maintaining a client-focused, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations in your module.
• Oracle certification in your module of expertise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid- to large-scale client engagements and drive growth of the practice.
• Align client processes with Oracle Cloud methods and deliver solutions.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and map to Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Identify gaps and design solutions aligned with delivery milestones.
• Configure Oracle Cloud environment and document setups.
• Mentor Associate and Senior consultants within projects.
• Drive thought leadership and innovative product solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage risks.
