PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Director to lead Oracle Financials implementations and drive finance transformation across client engagements. You will set strategic direction, manage multiple projects, and maintain executive‑level client relations within our Finance Technology practice.

The role focuses on optimizing financial processes, mentoring future leaders, and ensuring quality and integrity in delivery across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 14–20 years of experience in finance or ERP projects.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

As an Oracle Finance Director, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive‑level client relations. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 14 to 20 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
