RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an Oracle Finance Manager to lead client engagements within the Finance Technology – Oracle Core ERP practice. You will guide teams in delivering Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management solutions and drive finance transformation for clients in a hybrid work setup in Taguig.

The role emphasizes strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable finance technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Oracle Finance or ERP consulting.
• Strong experience in Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management.
• Experience leading Oracle Finance or finance transformation projects.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are looking for an Oracle Finance Manager to join our client's Business Application Consulting team within the Finance Technology – Oracle Core ERP practice. In this role, you will lead client engagements and guide teams in the delivery of Oracle Finance solutions, with a strong focus on Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to drive finance transformation, optimize financial processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions while developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Finance transformation initiatives and manage client expectations to ensure successful engagement delivery.
• Guide teams in the strategic planning and execution of finance technology projects.
• Lead the implementation and delivery of Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management solutions.
• Apply technical expertise in Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for finance process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably with significant experience in Oracle Finance or Oracle ERP consulting.
• Strong experience in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management.
• Experience leading Oracle Finance or finance transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and finance processes.
• Experience with process optimization and the implementation of scalable financial management solutions.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams in delivering finance technology solutions.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to communicate technical and financial concepts and present recommendations effectively.
• Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules is an advantage.
