TASQ is seeking an Oracle Finance Director to lead the strategic direction of Oracle Financials implementations, oversee multi-project engagements, and maintain executive-level client relationships. The role focuses on optimizing financial processes and driving transformation across finance platforms.

You will act as a guardian of quality and integrity, mentor leaders of tomorrow, and partner with advisory teams to deliver high-impact financial solutions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, with substantial leadership experience.
• 14–20 years in finance/ERP leadership roles, preferably in consulting or advisory.
• Proven English communication and executive presentation skills.

The Opportunity

As an Oracle Finance Director, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.

As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

In this role, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. You are expected to be a guardian of the company's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction and cultivating potential in others.

Responsibilities

• Leading the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Financials software to optimize financial processes
• Driving business growth by identifying opportunities for finance transformation and process improvements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 14 to 20 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• Demonstrating strategic leadership in Oracle Finance technology projects

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
