Job summary

STMicroelectronics in the Philippines is seeking a role focused on refreshing the new hire experience and strengthening recruitment partnerships. You will collaborate with vendors to streamline onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate journey.

You will also assist with equipment setup, minor repairs, and process improvements to support maintenance KPIs and overall manufacturing efficiency. English proficiency required and teamwork valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or onboarding projects.
• Knowledge of vendor management and recruitment processes.
• Experience with equipment maintenance KPIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process.
• Identify and manage recruitment vendors for end-to-end collaboration.
• Support equipment setup and minor repairs to meet maintenance KPIs.
• Assist in machine improvement and electronic board repairs.
• Support special projects as directed by supervisor.

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• Equipment Set-up and Conversion
• Machine Optimization and minor repairs supporting attainment of Maintenance KPI (OEE, NEE, MTBI, Cost)
• Support qualification for transferred and newly purchased machines
• Support machine improvement, modification and electronic board repairs
• Support special projects that will contribute to improvement of assigned area and as maybe assigned by immediate supervisor

YOUR ROLE

Your Skills & Experiences

• Graduate of EE/ME/ECE or similar technical vocational equivalent
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in areas of Pre-assembly, Package Singulation, Die attach, Laser marking, Mold, Backetch and Plating handling machines from DISCO, KnS, ASM, MIT, TOWA, Hanmi, UCE, MECO
• Extensive knowledge of machine operation and set-up for the above Process
• Knowhow of Equipment OEE and MTBI
• Knowhow of Microsoft software tools, PLC, Power Bi and basic quality tools a plus factor
• English business proficiency
