Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a technician to support engineers in the renewal of our talent acquisition and onboarding processes, while assisting in engineering trial lots and reliability testing. You will help with material preparation and engage in new product qualification activities with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, data collection, and collaboration to ensure quality and efficiency across engineering trials and test operations.

Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor testing methodology.
• Basic understanding and operation of Automated Testing Equipment and knowledge in handler operations.
• Fundamental Statistical Analysis.
• Fundamental failure analysis and characterization skills.

YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• As a technician, your role is to support Engineers on the following activities:
  • Engineering Trial lots monitoring
  • Engineering Trial lots validation
  • Engineering Trial lots data gathering
• Material preparation.
• Support Engineers on new products qualification.
• Support Reliability lots testing

Your Skills & Experiences

• Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor testing methodology
