Job summary

STMicroelectronics Philippines, Calamba, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support equipment set-up and conversion, optimize machines, and perform minor repairs to help achieve KPI targets (OEE, NEE, MTBI, cost). You will assist in qualification of transferred and new machines and contribute to machine improvements and electronic repairs.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment, knowledge of OEE/MTBI, and proficiency with PLC, Power BI, and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Graduate of EE/ME/ECE or similar technical vocational equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in areas of Pre-assembly, Package Singulation, Die attach, Laser marking, Mold, Backetch and Plating handling machines from DISCO, KnS, ASM, MIT, TOWA, Hanmi, UCE, MECO.
• Extensive knowledge of machine operation and set-up for the above Process.
• Knowhow of Equipment OEE and MTBI.
• Knowhow of Microsoft software tools, PLC, Power BI and basic quality tools a plus factor.
• English business proficiency.
