Job summary

Santen in Manila is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to serve as a bridge between the company’s ophthalmology products and the medical community. You will engage KOLs, deliver scientific education, and support clinical research while ensuring compliant, accurate medical communications.

The role requires an advanced life sciences degree, 2+ years in pharma/biotech, and excellent collaboration and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (MD/PhD/PharmD/MPH) required.
• 2+ years in pharma/biotech with ophthalmology exposure preferred.
• Strong scientific acumen and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel between Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Engage with KOLs and healthcare professionals to build relationships.
• Disseminate up-to-date scientific information to stakeholders.
• Support clinical research input, study design, and data interpretation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, and medical teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines across activities.
