Responsibilities

• Perform 6S activities before and after shift
• DPG–HRDS operation, manual or semi-automatic
• Monitor processes visuals, SPC, sampling per spec procedures
• Handle computer transactions (AX / e-logsheets / SPC / Qualis)
• Account for lot quantities and classify rejected parts
• Make decisions based on specifications and criteria
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Description:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required.

• 6S activities pre and post shift
• DPG–HRDS Operation, either manual or semi-automatic.
• Can perform process monitors visuals, SPC, sampling test) as per spec procedures task and or responsibility.
• Computer transaction regarding the details of his/her compelled station (AX / e-logsheets/SPC/Qualis, etc)
• Accounting of lot quantities and proper categorization of rejected parts
• Be able to decide based on existing specifications and /or criteria
• Perform other task as called for
