Home Credit Philippines invites high-potential graduates to join the HYPE Management Trainee Program, a premier leadership development track with cross-functional rotations and executive mentorship. You will participate in structured projects, contribute to strategic initiatives, and lead an IALP from ideation to execution to deliver measurable business impact.

The program emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and decision-making through classroom training, hands-on experiences, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• At least 4 year Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University, preferable business management or related field to target functions: eg. Marketing, Data Analysis, HR, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, IT, Computer Science, Sales, Business Dev, etc.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotational assignments across key business units to gain a holistic understanding of business operations and develop enterprise-wide perspective.
• Contribute actively to team discussions, planning activities and cross functional initiatives that support organizational goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders on strategic projects that address business challenges and drive organizational performance.
• Lead and deliver an Individual Action Learning Project (IALP) from ideation through execution, generating measurable business impact and actionable outcomes.
• Engage in a comprehensive development journey that includes classroom training, leadership mentoring, coaching and hands-on learning experiences.
• Analyze business process, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships across teams and functions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate continuous learning, adaptability and leadership potential throughout the program.
• Successfully meet program milestones and performance expectations to prepare for placement into critical business roles upon completion of the program.

Purpose Of The Job

The HYPE (Harnessing Your Potential for Excellence) Management Trainee Program is Home Credit Philippines' premier leadership development initiative designed to fast track high-potential graduates into future business leaders. Through structured cross functional rotations, strategic project assignments, executive mentorship and targeted learning interventions, the program provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the business while developing critical leadership, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities. The program aims to prepare trainees for key roles across the organization, enabling them to drive innovation, operational excellence and sustainable business growth.

What You Are Expected To Do

What You'll Need To Have

• At least 4 year Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University, preferable business management or related field to target functions: eg. Marketing, Data Analysis, HR, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, IT, Computer Science, Sales, Business Dev, etc.
• Not more than 1 year of work experience
• Strong leadership potential, problem solving ability and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High adaptability, intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence and proactive mindset.
