Job summary

MK KITCHEN COMPANY in the Philippines seeks an Operations Supervisor to assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating departments, and supporting company plans.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 3 years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. Salary ₱30,000–₱35,000 per month, 14 days paid training with free lunch, based in Pasig City.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in operations, sales, or team coordination is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Supervise and guide employees to ensure proper performance.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor team performance and assigned targets.
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Help identify operational issues and provide solutions.
• Assist in preparing reports and monitoring department activities.
• Support the Manager in planning and decision-making.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination within the team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
