Job summary

MK KITCHEN COMPANY is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities, monitor performance, and support the implementation of company plans and objectives.

You will work closely with the Manager, guide staff, ensure smooth cross-department collaboration, and help prepare reports while upholding policies. A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of supervisory experience are required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in operations, sales, or team coordination is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in managing daily operations.
• Guide and support team members to ensure proper performance.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor team performance and assigned targets.
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Help identify operational issues and provide solutions.
• Assist in preparing reports and monitoring department activities.
• Support the Manager in planning and decision-making.
• Ensure proper communication within the team.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
