Job summary

PH Global Jet Express is seeking a Network Management Supervisor to oversee productive and efficient operations across branches, directing all operational aspects and driving sales while minimizing costs. The role may shift across branches based on urgent needs and requires a strong background in logistics and e-commerce.

The ideal candidate has a BA-related degree and at least 5 years in store or business management, with proven experience as an area or store manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, or similar field.
• With at least 5 years experience as store or business manager, preferably in a related field.
• With proven experience as area manager, store manager, or similar managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Conscientiously oversees operations to ensure efficiency and prevent operational errors.
• Consistently familiarizes self with the standard and objectives to be discharged to all units where he/she is accountable.
• Establishes firm compliance with SOPs.
• Consistently deals with operational and relational problems by providing practical solutions to deter further build out of problems that will affect overall business operations.
• Assumes sound financial management to guarantee that branches will be profitable and stay within the expense budget.
• Makes objective evaluation of people and performance using key metrics and immediately addresses issues to improve relationships and operations.
• Leads team of Supervisors for effective collaboration towards the attainment of set goals.
• Assist upper management in decision towards business expansion or other business endeavors.
• Regularly reports to senior executives on all progress and issues of the operations within his/her area of control.
• Follows established protocol before making any major decisions involving business process, specifically matters involving legal actions.
