Job summary

Infinity 88 Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead branch operations across the region. You will oversee day-to-day activities, implement strategies to boost productivity, and ensure financial targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in operations management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Travel within the region is expected, with responsibilities for coaching staff and maintaining compliance across branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations management.
• Minimum of 3 years in supervisory/managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of branches within the assigned region.

• Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.

• Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Supervisors, Appraisers, and Operations Staff.

• Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.

• Analyze operational reports and recommend improvements based on performance metrics.

• Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

• Prepare and submit timely operational reports to Management.

• Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or any related field.

• At least 5-7 years of experience in operations management.

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
