Your Role
Lead a high‑performing team of Admin Officers, mentoring them on process best practices and ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage the daily review and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of transaction errors, providing strategic reports and proactive improvement plans.
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of incoming orders, new customer account creations in the ERP system, and master data updates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—Sales, Finance, Operations, Accounts Receivable—to resolve complex customer issues and drive continuous service improvement.
- Champion and facilitate workplace safety guidelines, risk assessments, and the Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with safety rules.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in administrative or operational management, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams while managing competing priorities and delivering key outcomes.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to handle escalations and explain complex information professionally.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
Preferred Skills / Expertise
- Experience in credit, claims, or billing functions, especially in utilities, gas, or logistics sectors.
- Proficiency in ERP and billing systems such as Pronto, SAP, or Oracle.
- Experience conducting RCAs and creating proactive process improvement plans.
- Familiarity with workplace safety management systems and risk assessments.
- Track record of collaborating across multiple internal departments to meet strict service level agreements.
