Job Description
The Lead Officer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, leading a team of workers, and ensuring that production or service processes run efficiently, safely, and according to company standards. This role acts as a bridge between management and frontline staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and issues are addressed promptly.
- Proven experience supervising or leading a field operations team is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of field operations; experience in utility meter reading is an advantage.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and monitor performance.
- Skilled in performance monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
- Motivated and able to inspire and motivate the team.
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic operational environment.
- Knowledgeable in developing plans, organizing personnel schedules, proficient in reporting, and other methods.
- Willing and able to travel to the head office in Cainta, Rizal, to branch or satellite offices, or to other various locations, as needed or as his role requires.
