Job summary

Career Connect in Metro Manila seeks a Marketing Operations Lead to manage daily system operations and drive marketing initiatives. You will ensure campaigns meet client requirements, oversee content across social media, website, and events, and coordinate with internal teams and site partners for seamless delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of marketing experience with people management, strong leadership, and a proven track record in SEO/SEM, analytics, and creative execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience; 2 years of people management experience.
• Digital marketing including SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics.
• Research, planning, and campaign execution.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; basic design tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities
