Job summary

Metropolis Healthcare Limited is seeking to fill a role focused on ensuring 100% error-free reporting and strict SOP adherence within the lab. The position emphasizes QA, corrective actions, and timely STAT reporting, with a drive to implement improvements and maintain robust records.

The candidate will work with Lab Operations and cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvements across testing procedures and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Setting up and meeting the Quality Indicator goals. Continuous Quality Improvements.

Responsibilities

• 100% error free - measured through incorrect report picked uppost authorization in the system / patient complaints.
• Considers the Long Term and Short Term strategies and theirimpact & implements and deliver excellence in business.
• Develops and maintains effective cross-functional workingrelationships and partnerships.
• Ensuring all testing procedures are conducted as per defined sop.
• Ensuring testing is conducted as per the specified turnaroundtime.
• Ensuring accuracy & correctness of results by strict compliance todefined sop, calibration, quality control, procedure & training ofpersonnel.
• Ensure STAT (urgent) reporting
• Initiating improvements in existing SOP
• Stock management of procured material from store.
• Maintenance of records.
• To ensure implementation of departmental competencyassessment plan for all scientific officers.
• To ensure all departmental complaints are logged with Immediate,Corrective & Preventive actions taken within 2 weeks’ time.(Audited by QA monthly)
