Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the inspection of Finished Goods, In-process line inspection and verification activities, the non-conformity and complaints management activities of the company, and compliance to mandates of certifying bodies.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform verification of calibration activities of measuring devices assigned in Production, QC and R&D Laboratories.
- Conduct spot‑checking and verify In‑process and line inspection in all manufacturing areas (dispensing, warehouse quarantine, rejected, approved, returned/recalled area, and all Production lines from processing to packaging and delivery trucks/vans).
- Conduct inspection of finished products based on Military sampling Scheme and ANSI sampling Scheme.
- Check the quality of outbound deliveries and prepare the necessary documents.
- Counter‑check and release approval of product labels for mass production against the pre‑approved control as indicated in the Packaging Direction Record of a particular product.
- Representative sampling of packaging material and/or finished goods from complaint batches, returned or recalled batches for physical and chemical verification with the QC personnel.
- Check the accomplished Batch Production Record (BPR) and Packaging Direction Record (PDR) of each commercial batch prior to inspection and submit them to the Quality Assurance Supervisor for final release approval.
- Conduct preliminary investigation through root‑cause analysis pertaining to product/customer complaints and other related non‑conformities identified within the process in coordination with the department head.
- Submit preliminary investigation reports to the Quality Assurance Head for verification and assessment prior to final disposition.
- Release finished goods in SAP on time in the absence of the QA Head.
- File and safeguard Batch Production Records after approved release of product.
- Archive and subsequently dispose of batch production results.
- Consolidate the needed documents (as specified in the audit plan) and prepare necessary aids for external audits.
- Spearhead the conduct of annual mock recalls, communicate with stakeholders, and consolidate the exercise.
- Supervise repacking of traded products; check adequacy and completeness of accompanying documents and quality of repacked goods.
- Evaluate the physical attributes of returned goods and, if needed, request necessary laboratory analyses to verify product quality.
- Assist in testing packaging materials under accreditation and R&D.
- Assist in the conduct of microbial swabbing for packaging materials.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
- Conduct quarterly packaging material supplier accreditation (for RRLC).
- Ensure compliance to HALAL policies and measures (for BMC).
- Collaborate with the sales team in accomplishing product and supplier accreditations; prepare sample and technical documents for client evaluation.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of B.S. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy and other science‑related courses.
Years of Related Work Experience:
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in the analytical laboratory.
Other Requirements:
- Responsible, hardworking, honest and trustworthy.
- Good exposure in conducting product inspection and complaint management.
- Knowledgeable in the technical aspects of materials, intermediates and finished products.
- Aggressive and result‑oriented; can work under pressure and is very flexible if time requires.
- Computer‑literate.
