Job summary

Reinlab Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to maintain product quality and lab integrity in Laguna. The role involves analyzing finished goods, preparing COAs for each batch, and inspecting incoming materials.

You will ensure GMP and SOP adherence, manage MSDS records, and support continuous improvement through audits and data-driven reporting. Fresh graduates with strong academics are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• BS Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related science with good scholastic record.
• Licensed Chemist or Chem Tech would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Technical QA lab tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality and reliability of products and services.
• Conduct analysis of finished goods and create Certificates of Analysis (COA) for each batch.
• Analyze incoming raw materials.
• Maintain MSDS records for chemicals and compounds used in the lab.
• Ensure production complies with GMP and SOPs.
• Check PPE compliance for production staff.
• Support system improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Conduct project and production audits.
• Ensure quality management system meets ISO requirements and delivers outputs.
• Report on performance and opportunities for improvement to top management.
• Promote customer focus across the organization.
• Ensure integrity of the quality management system during changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the quality and reliability of products and services.

• Conducts and Analyse Finished goods (FG) and create Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every production batch.

• Conducts analysis of Incoming Raw Materials.

• Maintenance of Material Safety Data Sheet records on chemicals and compounds used by the Laboratory.

• Ensure production complies with the Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Check and monitor all production staff for proper wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• System Improvement (Product Cost Reduction)

• Conducts Project Audit/Production Audit

• Ensuring that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of this International Standard

• Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs;

• Reporting on the performance of the quality management system, on opportunities for improvement and on the need for change or innovation, and especially for reporting to top management;

• Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization;

• Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• BS Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, or any related science course, fresh graduate with good scholastic records will be considered,

• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician would be an advantage.
