Job summary

Insight is seeking an Operations Specialist in Pasig, Philippines to serve as the single point of contact for orders within Fulfillment Centers. The role is hybrid: 1 day in the office, 4 days from home, supporting multiple departments and ensuring accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in IT or software, strong Excel skills, and the ability to balance client and internal needs while working independently and across teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience within the IT or Software industry.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Effective multi-tasker with strong organization and time management.
• Good communication and ability to work across departments.
• Ability to identify and use resources to achieve deliverables.
• Ability to read and understand documents and technical information.
• Decisive, balancing client and organizational needs.

About the role

The Operations Specialist will be the single point of contact to Sales and other Insight departments for orders within the Fulfillment Centers. Along the way, you will get to:
