LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. is seeking an Operations Program Coordinator to supervise operational programs, monitor KPIs, and support process improvements. The role collaborates with multiple departments to ensure timely execution, accurate reporting, and adherence to procedures.
The candidate will prepare KPI dashboards, maintain SOPs, and analyze data to support management decisions while coordinating meetings and follow‑ups across teams.
The Operations Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating operational programs, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring that operational procedures and documentation are properly implemented and maintained. The position works closely with various departments to ensure smooth coordination, timely completion of activities, accurate reporting, and alignment with company operational objectives.
Coordinate and monitor operational programs, projects, and activities to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Work closely with different departments to facilitate coordination, follow-ups, and completion of operational requirements.
Prepare, consolidate, and monitor KPI reports, dashboards, and operational performance updates.
Track project and program milestones, deliverables, action items, and deadlines.
Develop, review, organize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other operational documentation.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions.
Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
Gather, validate, and analyze operational data to support management decision‑making.
Prepare regular reports, presentations, summaries, and management updates using MS Office and Google Workspace.
Maintain accurate records of operational programs, reports, procedures, and project‑related documents.
Coordinate meetings, discussions, and follow‑up activities related to operational programs.
Monitor compliance with established processes, procedures, and operational standards.
Provide timely updates to management regarding project progress, operational concerns, and unresolved issues.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in operations management, project coordination, program coordination, or a related field.
Work Experience:
With sound experience in operations and/or project coordination.
Experience in KPI reporting, SOP documentation, and process improvement.
Experience coordinating with multiple departments or stakeholders is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong understanding of Operations Management.
Knowledge and experience in SOP Development and Documentation.
Knowledge of Dashboard Development and KPI Monitoring.
Familiarity with process improvement concepts and operational performance monitoring.
Ability to organize and interpret operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and levels of the organization.
