Job summary

Coins.Ph in the Philippines seeks a capable operator to support the Chief of Staff and Head of Global Sales, driving sales operations with data-driven insights and AI-enabled reporting. You will coordinate across teams, monitor performance, and improve processes to boost efficiency and results.

In this role you will build dashboards, analyze trends, track tool adoption, and liaise with Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders. A willingness to leverage AI for automation is important for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business operations, analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong spreadsheet, dashboarding, and analytical ability; comfortable with performance metrics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through.
• Comfortable coordinating across distributed teams and multiple functions.
• Interest in AI-enabled workflows and willingness to use AI tools for automation and insight generation.
• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, e-commerce, or high-growth technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales associate performance, transactions, pipeline activity, and operational bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain accurate dashboards and recurring performance reports.
• Analyze sales trends and identify reasons for underperformance or process gaps.
• Track adoption and effectiveness of internal sales tools, including AI-enabled tools.
• Partner with the Sales AI team on data quality, handoffs, reporting needs, and tool improvements.
• Coordinate sales trainings, meetings, follow-ups, and operational communications.
• Manage sales-related follow-ups with Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records, action trackers, and status updates across initiatives.
• Support broader commercial and strategic projects led by the Chief of Staff.
