Job summary

Coins in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations professional to support the Chief of Staff and Head of Global Sales. The role focuses on AI-enabled reporting, performance analysis, and cross-functional follow-up to help sales teams operate efficiently and improve results.

You will build dashboards, monitor metrics, analyze trends, and coordinate trainings. This position offers opportunities as Coins scales operations beyond APAC and expands its market footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or analytics.
• Strong spreadsheet, dashboarding, and analytical ability; comfortable with performance metrics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through.
• Comfortable coordinating across distributed teams and functions.
• Interest in AI-enabled workflows and willingness to use AI tools for automation.
• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or high-growth tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales associate performance, transactions, pipeline activity, and bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports.
• Analyze sales trends and identify reasons for underperformance or process gaps.
• Track adoption and effectiveness of internal sales tools, including AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with the Sales AI team on data quality, handoffs, reporting needs, and tool improvements.
• Coordinate sales trainings, meetings, follow-ups, and operational communications.
• Manage sales-related follow-ups with Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records and status updates across initiatives.
• Support broader commercial and strategic projects led by the Chief of Staff.

Support the Chief of Staff and Head of Global Sales in running sales operations across key markets. This role combines operational coordination, performance analysis, AI-enabled reporting, and cross-functional follow-up to help sales teams operate efficiently and improve results.

What you'll do
