Job summary

Coins, the pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, is seeking an onboarding-focused professional to coordinate KYC documents, ensure accuracy, and liaise between sales and onboarding teams.

You will maintain CRM records, follow up with clients, and help accelerate new account setups. A business/marketing degree and 1–3 years in fintech or related fields are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or business development; fintech/banking/e-commerce preferred.
• Fresh graduates with potential are welcome to apply.
• Strong ability to review complex data and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate KYC documents and service agreements after a sale closes.
• Review submitted paperwork for accuracy before forwarding to onboarding teams.
• Liaise between Sales and onboarding teams to track new account status.
• Maintain CRM records to provide real-time onboarding visibility to the sales team.
• Professionally follow up with clients to obtain missing information.

Responsibilities

• Document Coordination: Collect KYC (Know Your Customer) documents and service agreements from clients immediately after a sale is closed.
• Quality Control: Review all submitted paperwork for accuracy and completeness before passing them to the Partner Solutions team to prevent back-and-forth delays.
• Liaison Work: Act as the main point of contact between Sales (Field or AM) and the onboarding teams to track the status of new accounts.
• Pipeline Support: Maintain updated records in the CRM to ensure the sales team has real-time visibility on onboarding progress.
• Client Communication: Professional follow-ups with clients to retrieve missing information or clarify document requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.1–3 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or business development — preferably in fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential and a positive, can-do attitude are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to review complex data, identify discrepancies, and solve problems independently.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills. You should be comfortable speaking with various stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision. A strong customer service mindset is essential.
