Job summary

All Done 88 Construction Orporation in Mindanao seeks a Branch Operations Manager to oversee pawnshop branches, drive performance, and ensure strict adherence to company policies. You will supervise Branch Managers, monitor sales, cash, inventory, and compliance, and lead regular reviews to optimize operations.

The role requires 5+ years in branch operations, 2-3 years in supervisory roles, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to travel across Mindanao.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in branch operations, preferably in pawnshop, retail, banking, financial services, or a similar industry.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position overseeing multiple branches.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, cash management, inventory control, and compliance.
• Experience in conducting branch audits, performance reviews, and operational monitoring.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within Mindanao.
• Preferably based in or willing to be assigned within Mindanao.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and performance of assigned pawnshop branches in Mindanao.
• Monitor branch sales, profitability, productivity, and operational targets.
• Supervise and provide direction to Branch Managers and branch teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular branch visits, operational reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor pawn transactions, cash handling, inventory, security, and branch controls.
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Review branch reports, KPIs, audit findings, and performance trends.
• Ensure proper implementation of promotions, company programs, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding branch concerns, staffing, compliance, and business requirements.
• Support the recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of branch personnel.
• Prepare regular management reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistent customer service standards across all assigned branches.
