Job summary

OBI is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Online Lending operations in Cebu City. You will manage the full lending lifecycle—from application and sales to funding, collections, and account recovery—and drive portfolio performance, staffing, and profitability.

You will set targets, monitor KPIs, and push improvements in sales, funding, collections, and customer experience while leading cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in lending, banking, microfinance, fintech, pawnshop lending, payday lending, or similar financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the lending lifecycle, including loan processing, funding, servicing, and collections.
• Experience managing KPIs, business performance, and team productivity.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Results-driven and comfortable working with data.
