Transcom Worldwide (Philippines), Inc. in Pasig is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Pasig site. You will report to the Director for Operations and work with HR and support teams to hit revenue targets and optimize gross profit, while maintaining high employee and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Logistics experience in a BPO setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team player.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Preferably Assistant Manager or Manager level in Customer Service.
• Healthcare background is a must.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue target and gross profit margin for the business unit with high employee and client satisfaction.
• Provide effective leadership and execution across the People, Business, Process & Integrity, and Communication domains.
• Define recruitment needs for Team Leaders and support their development and training.
• Ensure profitability is calculated accurately and costs are accounted for in agreements.
• Maintain regular client contact and drive continuous improvements in service delivery.
