Awesome CX by Transcom, based in Davao City, invites applications for an Operations Manager to oversee performance, service delivery, and client interactions, driving profitability and growth for the local site. You will lead teams, plan expansions, and pursue new business with clients while maintaining high satisfaction and continuous service improvements.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience as Senior Operations Manager in BPO or customer experience operations.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and team management skills.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Experience in managing vendor partnerships and client relationships to ensure service delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

Attend internal meetings with staff of the contact center.
Directly responsible for all communication with and support of the Team Leader.
Pursue communication with Clients allocated to the Operations Manager.
Plan and implement expansions to current business.
Grow revenue from existing clients and secure new business; facilitate internal & client reviews.
Ensure client satisfaction through continuous business improvements.
Strategic alliance with client’s marketing strategy, culture, regulations, and market trends.
