CNX is seeking an Operations Manager I in Quezon City to supervise a group of Team Leaders, ensuring SLA attainment and financial targets are met. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration with Training, HR, and Quality teams.

You will drive operational excellence, foster strong client relationships, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the operations function, continually aligning with company policies and standards.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed.
• Maximize revenue generation to reach long and short-term financial projects (data collection for billable/non-billable hours, forecasting, budgeting).
• Select, train, develop, and manage performance of direct reports and their teams; plan and assign work per policies and legal requirements.
• Manage and review operational reports (Attendance adherence, PFP, Client scorecard, metrics management).
• Create and maximize relationships with client partners.
• Provide leadership to direct reports to ensure compliance with company policies; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review performance and coaching needs.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement; address employee relations professionally.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with Training, HR, Quality, WFM, TA to define action plans for improvements.
• Implement best practices and over-deliver for clients; adjust staffing to meet changing needs and input from BD.
