SM Supermalls seeks a Food Court Manager to oversee the Food Court group, driving daily operations, sales performance, tenant relations, and customer satisfaction at SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City.

You will coordinate with marketing, leasing and other support teams to ensure alignment with mall goals and adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years working experience in a related field.
• Preference is given to those with managerial experience in food service establishments.
• Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in relevant fields.

The Food Court Manager manages, oversees and controls the operations of the entire Food Court group in the areas of daily operations, sales, tenant and customer relations, as well as coordinates with different functional heads including marketing, leasing, and other support groups in order to enhance the contribution of Food Court to the Mall, which support overall business goals and adhering to the policies of the Company as well as the laws, rules and regulations of the country.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years working experience in a related field. Preference is given to those with managerial experience in food service industry establishments.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Must be hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible. Can handle pressure both from work and people. Has high level of enthusiasm with good and strong interpersonal skills.

• Willing to be assigned in SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City
