Job summary

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our customs brokerage operations in Metro Manila. You will ensure efficient cargo processing, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service while leading a high-performing team.

You will manage daily brokerage and logistics activities, coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and government agencies, and drive process improvements to reduce costs and raise productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in customs, logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.
• At least 5 years experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Minimum 2–3 years managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
• Experience handling air and sea freight operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customs/tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall customs brokerage operations and shipment processing.
• Ensure compliance with customs laws, tariffs, and import/export regulations.
• Monitor and supervise customs declarations, permits, and clearance documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, shipping lines, truckers, and warehouse providers.
