Job summary

CorBox Corporation, a trusted corrugated packaging manufacturer in the Philippines, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, quality-driven, and cost-effective production with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will oversee day-to-day activities across Tagoloan and other sites, manage production teams, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse functions to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related courses.
• At least 5 years of relevant FMCG operations experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable with ERP or other production monitoring systems.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

About the role

Key responsibilities
