Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily telecommunications operations, supervise field teams, and ensure projects meet productivity, quality, safety, and client requirements. You will coordinate with clients and internal departments, review operational reports, implement process improvements, and lead team meetings, coaching, and performance monitoring.

The Operations Manager oversees daily telecommunications operations and ensures that projects meet productivity, quality, safety, and client requirements. The role manages field teams, monitors project performance, handles operational concerns, and coordinates with clients and internal departments.
Manage daily telco operations, including installation, repair, restoration, and maintenance.
Supervise Team Leaders, Technicians, QA staff, and other operations personnel.
Monitor productivity, quality, manpower, attendance, and project targets.
Ensure compliance with company, client, safety, and installation standards.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding operational concerns.
Handle escalations, customer complaints, and field issues.
Review operational reports and implement process improvements.
Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, PPE, and other resources.
Prepare regular operations and performance reports.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the telco or field-service industry.
Experience managing field technicians and Team Leaders.
Knowledge of fiber optic installation, repair, restoration, or network operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and reporting tools.
Willing to conduct field visits and work extended hours when required.
Experience handling PLDT or similar telecommunications projects is an advantage.
