Job summary

REMIE Australia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at the McKinley Hill office. You will streamline processes, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure efficiency to meet targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations, with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Onsite work in Taguig, Monday to Friday is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in operations; 1–2 years in supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and other tools/software.
• Onsite work in McKinley Hill, Taguig (Mon-Fri).
• Experience in VA, BPO, or outsourcing preferred.
