Job summary

A leading security solutions provider in Metro Manila is seeking a skilled professional to manage security projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing service delivery, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, and maintaining vendor relationships. You'll track financial performance and inter-departmental coordination to align technical capabilities with sales. This role requires strong project management skills and expertise in security operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of security projects, ensuring that technical teams meet client SLAs.
• Develop and refine SOPs for technical workflows to reduce errors and improve speed.
• Ensure all operations adhere to data privacy laws and security certifications.
• Manage relationships with security hardware/software vendors to ensure project timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical departments, sales, and HR.
• Monitor operational budgets, analyze project profitability, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track and report on KPIs, such as system uptime and technician utilization rates.

• Service Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of security projects, ensuring that technical teams meet client
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and response time targets for threat mitigation.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for technical workflows, such as incident reporting, hardware installation, and data handling, to reduce errors and improve speed.
• Compliance and Risk Oversight: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to data privacy laws and security certifications (such as ISO 27001 or GDPR) to protect both company and client assets.
• Supply Chain and Procurement: Manage relationships with security hardware and software vendors, overseeing the procurement of cameras, servers, and licenses to ensure project timelines are met without overspending.
• Inter-departmental Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between technical departments, sales, and HR to ensure staffing levels are adequate and that sales promises align with technical capabilities.
• Financial Performance Tracking: Monitor operational budgets, analyze project profitability, and identify cost-saving opportunities within the department's day-to-day activities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as system uptime, mean time to resolve (MTTR) issues, and overall technician utilization rates.
