Job summary

A.A MASONG CONSTRUCTION is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive construction and fit-out projects from planning to completion. You will balance schedules, budgets, and quality while directing Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and field personnel across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include monitoring costs, resources, and performance, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions. A valid driver’s license and extensive PM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in building, road construction and construction project management.
• Valid driver’s license (2–4 wheels).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and progress of all ongoing construction and fit-out projects.
• Monitor project schedules, accomplishments, manpower, equipment, materials, and overall project performance.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Identify operational problems and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Review project requirements and ensure that necessary resources are available.
• Supervise Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and other field personnel.
• Monitor material wastage, equipment downtime, and unnecessary operational costs.
• Monitor project costs and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with the accounting/finance department regarding project billings, collections, expenses, and cash requirements.
• Assist Project Managers in resolving major project concerns and disputes.
