• Oversee and manage the overall operations of all branches and business units nationwide.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational objectives.
• Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with department heads and branch managers to ensure seamless business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 5–10 years of relevant operational experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role.
• Proven experience in managing multi-branch or nationwide operations.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business management systems.
• Willing to travel nationwide as required.
